Frequently asked questions.

Quick answers about accounts, wallets, transactions, and the way Sultan Pocket handles your money.

What is Sultan Pocket?+

Sultan Pocket is a personal finance app for tracking income, expenses, balances, savings, transfers, transport, and borrowed money.

Can I use it for cash and online payments?+

Yes. The wallet keeps Cash and Online balances separate and lets you transfer money between them.

What happens when I transfer money?+

A transfer moves money from one balance to another. It should not increase your total money or count as a new expense.

Can I track my monthly salary?+

Yes. Monthly Salary is supported as an income category so recurring income can be recorded clearly.

Can I create custom categories?+

Yes. You can add your own categories when the built-in categories do not fit your spending.

Can I track savings?+

Yes. Adding savings decreases available money and increases savings; using savings moves money back to the destination you choose.

Can I track borrowed money?+

Yes. Borrowing records the money received and increases your outstanding debt. Repayment reduces both your money and the debt.

Is my wallet visible to other people?+

Your wallet data is private to your account. Public profile pages are separate from private financial records.

Can I export my transactions?+

The wallet includes CSV export for transaction records. Additional backup and import tools can be added as the product grows.

How do I get started?+

Create an account, sign in, and open your Wallet. Start by adding your current income or first expense.
